What is a WRLD? And what is WholeWRLD?
WholeWRLD isn’t just a brand—it’s a tag. Most importantly, it has no fixed meaning; it’s whatever you make it. It’s how you define and observe your world, your vision. It’s whatever brings you happiness—that’s your WRLD, and you make it part of the WholeWRLD.
What Is BabyLenci’s WRLD?
“I would say my WRLD is me—choosing what I want to do everyday, doing what I like to do everyday, feeling happy everyday. The creativity, the love, the happiness that I choose everyday, I feel like that’s my WRLD.”

Who is Babylenci ?
“What is my name? My name is Babylenci. You can call me Merv or Mervin.”
Mervin Felix known professionally as Babylenci, is an up-and-coming rapper and songwriter born in Orlando, Florida. In Babylenci’s early life he moved frequently, living in Norwood, MA, where he met lifelong friend Shadia. Throughout that time he made many memories, including skipping school to go to her house in the 3rd grade. He then would move to Whitman, MA, and Woonsocket, RI, where he’d live for a handful of months. Eventually he moved to Providence, Rhode Island, with his family where he would meet whom he’d call his “best friends for life”. He now resides in Cranston, Rhode Island.
As a kid Babylenci’s interests were in video games, Power Rangers, Ninja Turtles, drawing, sports, and music. Soon his passion for performing and creating music would grow. Lenci’s first true introduction to music started on Sundays at church, “I’d kick my feet to the rhythm, and dance to the music. Soon I thought deeper about music—anticipating the drums and tuning my ears to listen to every instrument being played.” “This one time when I was 7 or 6 I remember I got up on stage and I sang, and once the rest of the church sang with me, it was probably the best feeling in the world.”
When touching upon his introduction to rap Babylenci opened up about his lifelong friend, Shadia, saying that “If it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t have been hip to the rap game: hiphop, trap, underground.” “At that time she put me onto the Migos, 21 Savage, Rae Shremmurd, and Gucci Mane.” Throughout that time he learned of other notable artists such as XXXTentacion, Matt Ox, Lil Uzi Vert, and Playboi Carti” he was essentially a magnet to music.
Babylenci’s passion for music stems from him being able to rap about what he goes through saying "Whether it’s sad, or mad, the energy I bring through my beats, speaking on my past, it allows me channel all that, and once it comes together, I feel like I go into a euphoric state—like a therapy session where I could talk to the beat.”
When asked about his inspirations in music he narrowed it down to his top 5, Kanye West for his journey, Michael Jackson for his music and live performances, and Buddy Holly for his life story, as well as Queen/Freddie Mercury who in his eyes were “absolute rockstars.”

I asked him about the statement he hoped to make with his body of work Babylenci said: “I want my body of work to inspire others to be themselves, be unique, and be yourself, put yourself and your work out there. You never know who’ll see it. Once you reach that state, nobody can knock you off balance—that's the statement I’m trying to show through my music.” With only 1 year under his belt who knows how far Babylenci will go.
Babylenci credits his support system for helping him achieve clarity and confidence in his dreams: "With them my dreams became clearer, they felt obtainable. It's all in the people that dream for me and with me—my main friend group —just a lot of people pushing me to be the best me I can be."
